  a passsenger train carrying 234 people is stopped in northern ontario and quarantined after one person became ill and died.

  ten others are hospitalized with flu-like symptoms.. hazmat and cbrne teams are on site.

  i am a bit of a yo yo dieter - i have been dieting ever since i was a teenager, and my role model for this was my mom of course.

  in fact one of my very early memories of going shopping with mom and her buying a diet shake mix.

  well... i have a little girl who is almost three and i have been thinking about things and i really need to break this cycle of crash diets, losing 5 kgs and picking up 10 once i have lost motivation.

  Awesome news Mrs. Witness!!! 20lbs is brilliant! I was really suprised at how much the first week's loss was - I know from past experience that it never lasts!

  I weighed in today - 1 kg down - I am so chuffed with myself! Yay for getting slimmer!!!

  yesturday "my" little daschund - sara - was knocked and killed.

  she was a miniture dashund that came into my life a year and a half ago.

  so i was sitting watching the sunday night movie tonight which was "the pursuit of happyness" and i now cannot stop crying.

  i kid you not, i am typing this through tears.

  something about the movie struck such a chord within me.

  FHN - I really do think it was a case of loads of things building up and then this just pushing me over the edge - Suddenly everything that has made me sad in the last few months and more came out... Definitly watch this movie if you want a tearjerker!

  So I was sitting watching the Sunday night movie tonight which was "The Pursuit of Happyness" and I now cannot stop crying. I kid you not, I am typing this through tears.

  Something about the movie struck such a chord within me. Memories of a time as a kid when I found my Dad crying in the middle of the night because of financial troubles. Memories of last year when I started and lost a business and a lot of money. Our situation was never that dire, but it felt like it at the time.

  So now the movie ended half an hour ago and I am still sobbing. How silly am I?
